the ability to type on the second display

Hi! I paid for a business license, but the ability to type on a second monitor didn’t appear. What should I do? I need to type text from my Mac to Windows. The screens work, but it doesn’t allow typing.

Hi @anaffemka,

Please enable „Password Protection and Encrypyion“ in the spacedesk Driver Console before connecting so you can use your viewer device’s keyboard. Thank you.

I had the same issue after activating my Business License. In my case, it turned out macOS hadn’t granted the app Accessibility permissions. After enabling those permissions and restarting the app, keyboard input worked normally. Hopefully it’s something that simple for you too!
