The driver wont download

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run „pnputil -e“ then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.

Can you try installing the latest Driver Package again then if it gets stuck in the installation, send a screenshot of where it gets stuck?
