[SOLVED] Touch Screen Issues

Been using this for months with no issues at all.  Two days ago I could no longer use touch input on my Samsung tablet while using Spacedesk.  I have tweaked every setting i can find including toggling touch input under input devices.  Does anyone know of a fix?

For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your server machine by opening the spacedesk Driver console and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app and trying to send touch input.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or GDrive then include the download link on your next reply.

Thank you for sending your logs. Is the issue persistent on your end even after turning off and on again the spacedesk Driver?

Yes, I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the driver console and Android app client and the issue still persists.

Can you try resending your logs? There are some missing files in it. Make sure to run the spacedesk Driver console as admin. Also, can you check in your task bar if the spacedesk icon is there, like in the screenshot below? Thank you.

The Spacedesk Icon does not show up in my system tray even when I run the app as an administrator.  I tried getting the files anyway.

Hi @matt,

Please check in the Task Manager on the Details tab if the Architecture of „spacedeskServiceTray.exe“ is listed as „Arm“ as shown by the screenshot attached below.

When I check that I don’t have any process that is called SpacedeskServiceTray.  The I only have the SpacedeskConsole and SpacedeskService running.

I tried launching the Spacedesk Service Tray application from the files explorer and I get a message that states “This app can’t run on your PC”
