[SOLVED] Touch Screen Issues

Please download the latest Driver package v2.1.36 then run the attached MSI Trace files, then follow the instructions provided while trace is running. Thank you.

I figured out how to run the trace.bat file and had it repair the drivers. I still don’t have the spacedesk icon in the system tray and touch input still doesn’t work. The trace generated a text file, do you need me to send it?

Hi @matt,

We managed to reproduce the issue in a Surface tablet with Windows 11 24H2 installed. The 24H2 update is most likely the cause of the issue because in testing it with the same device with a 23H2 version of Windows 11, the issue was not reproduced. The issue has been forwarded to our developers and I will update you once a fix has been released. Thank you.

It is fixed!! Your level up support has been unbelievable. I just purchased the commercial license as a token of my thanks. I can’t begin to tell you how rare it is to get support like this and how much I appreciate all of your help!
