[SOLVED] Unable to find server
Zitat von spacedesk Renz am 15/01/2026, 09:37 UhrHi @aa-2,
Just to confirm, have you tried connecting manually to your Primary PC? You can do this with the Windows 7 viewer by clicking on the + button on the top right, manually adding the IP address of your Primary PC which you can check by opening the Driver Console and looking at the IP addresses listed under the Network Adapters section, then clicking on the IP once added to the Primary Machine list. If you encounter an error while trying the instruction above, please send a screenshot then post it on your next reply.
Thank you.

Zitat von spacedesk Renz am 20/01/2026, 04:52 UhrHi @aa-2,
Does the PC name appear in the Primary Machine Discovery screen after you added the ip?
Also, may we ask for the dxdiag output file of the PC where the spacedesk Windows 7 is installed? You can do this by:
1. Clicking on the Start/Windows button and searching for dxdiag, then click on it.
2. Click on Save all information
3. Save the file and attach it to your next reply.

Please try doing the following:
1. Install spacedesk Driver Package in the PC where you have the spacedesk Windows 7 Viewer.
2. After installation, try to connect your phone to the PC.If you can’t connect, then there must be something in that PC that’s preventing connection to other devices in your local network.
