Hello @spacedesk_nicole,I do not think that you will be able to purchase it from Germany, or other countries besides Russia, these tablets are flashed in Russia for Russification.

so what I found out, when you select a usb modem in the usb configuration, the tablet does not reboot, and a certain new connection appears, supposedly via usb , but in fact it is a network connection that goes over usb
And it is when enabled in the configuration of MTP (transfer of any files) and PTP (transfer of photos and videos), the tablet starts to reboot
