USB connection

I’m having a lot of trouble with the USB connection. Everything works perfectly fine over Wi-Fi, but USB is a real pain. In fact, I have a Y-shaped cable to power my Samsung tablets and provide a data connection, and it never works.

I’m hoping some users or technicians can offer some help.
