wont install anymore

after the v2219 update spacedesk stopped working for me so i thought id try and delete it and reinstall but now it wont even install just keep getting a pop up to come here. i added the spacedesk setup log aswell

Hi @rullup,

Can you send the popup you mentioned? Also, to further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run „pnputil -e“ then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.

Hi @rullup,

We saw the setup log you sent via Facebook. Please try to uninstall your previous spacedesk Driver installation if you haven’t already and restart your PC, then try to install the Driver Package afterwards. Thank you.

reply see i would uninstall the older version if it was still on my pc theres no files left of it anywhere that i can find

Did you restart your PC before trying to install again?

Hi @rullup,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Start Menu in the taskbar and search Command Prompt.
2. Run Command Prompt as administrator
3. Type the command „sc query spacedeskService“ (remove quotes) and press Enter.
4. If the line „SERVICE_NAME: spacedeskService“ appears as a result of running the command, type the command „sc delete spacedeskService“
5. Restart your PC then try installing the Driver Package again.
