“Bigme Inknote X Color” 10.3 tablet not connect via USB (wifi is ok), logs add in message.
Xiaomi Pad 6 connect successfull via same USB in all same conditions, immideatealy after and before not working Bigme device.
Spacedesk last versions both windows 11 and android.
Bigme android 13 custom os for e-ink color tablet.
Tried bigme in all modes of usb: file transfer, no transfer, USB tethering.
Tried all hints, ex.: rebooting windows 11 desktop, android bigme device, reconnecting in other ports, reinstalling desktop app.
Would be very nice if you can help solve this 🙂 Thanks, very nice app!

Upd: I checked other threads on archive forum, and noticed, that, when I connect Bigme through usb, I got this in Device manager:
Spacedesk Android Usb Device
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
The specified device does not exist.
USB in file transfer mode, adb debugging is OFF.
Same when usb in “no file transfer” mode.

Thank you for resending your logs. We will look into it to analyze the issue further. For now, the last time the issue above was encountered, the fix we suggested was to update the device to the latest Android version. Is your device updated to the latest Android version?
Hi @spacedesk-renz, Thanks for reply, my device is Android 13 (not latest) but it’s custom ROM for e-ink tablet, and they say they will not update to 14, version with 14 was 100 usd more expensive, but without front camera, so I choose this) Didn’t know it will be the issue.
Maybe try older version of spacedesk?
UPD: 2.10 and 0.9.99 apk versions same error in device manager
Hi, @spacedesk_nicole , I have tried it also, when I do this in Device Manager appers new device: vnd_k6877v1_64_k419 (“Working normally”). But connection to spacedesk not happens also.
Here is diagonstic archive.
What I did:
start Diagnostic
1) connect tablet to usb (usual default mode “no data transfer”)
2) enable usb debugging without disconnecting cable (cause settings not kept after changing state of cable connection)
3) disable cable
stop and save diagnostic
all peformed on clean Ryzen mini pc device
about upgrade android, I wrote to manufacter Bigme request to update Android security patch, they say not planned now.
Bigme tablet now have October 2023 Android security patch, Android 13
This is custom ROM for e-ink Kaleido 3 screen tablet, so no any possibility to perform update, until manufacturer do this, and they just launch tablet, then forget about any updates
If you need any further diagnostics procedures/entering adb commands/ or any other info/remote access to mine pc/tablet or any other, feel free to ask, I am agree to do this
Xiaomi Pad 6 works good in usual “no transfer mode” with this Ryzen mini pc in all same conditions (cable, port, etc), in adb it not works but apper Xiaomi Pad 6 in device manager
