can not connect using USB

Stuck in this loading screen. The android device is showing enable USB cable Android but the windows space desk is stuck in this loading screen and not giving any usb settings.

Hi @interactive,

The screenshot is showing the spacedesk Windows Viewer. You would need the Driver package to be able to connect. You can download it here.
