We split your post from the original since that post was old and your issue might be caused by a different source. We checked your logs and found that your Nvidia Driver version could be what’s causing the issue on your end. Please try downgrading your Nvidia Driver to 610.88 to see if this resolves your issue.
You may also refer to the Documentation on the section TROUBLESHOOTING > Windows Driver (Primary Machine) > Various to check for solutions for your issue there.
