Connection between Dell 2in1 and iPad not stable

Hi,

Having issues with an unstable connection between my Dell 2in1 laptop Windows 11 and iPad Air 11″ (M2). Both up todate in terms of versions. It works initially for a period of time then stops and the iPad can’t see the Dell? I’ve tried multiple cables, wi-fi and have both on the same network.

Hi @markhcosana,

Thank you for sending your logs. We saw in them that you have McAfee Antivirus installed in your PC. We had previous reports from other users that also encountered similar connection instability with McAfee. Can you try turning the Antivirus off to see if your connection becomes more stable? Thank you.
