Connection issues WIN11 Pro 24H2
I have a laptop with a Ryzen 7 8845H and Xiaomi Pad 6, each one has the latest version of SpaceDesk. When I connect the tablet as a second screen, it processes the connection for a few minutes and then gives “connection error. reconnect attempt” with a black screen on the tablet, after which my WIFI on the laptop dies for a few minutes and recovers on its own. I tried to reinstall app on both laptop and tablet but it didn’t help. Also my network isn’t bad, like 600-700Mbps on both download and upload
It happens when I use the second monitor frequently, like writing code on the laptop and having chatgpt on the tablet. When I use the tablet just for displaying discord call or watching YouTube it works ok and doesn’t kill my WIFI. I had an older laptop with an I5 6200u and geforce 940m, but this happened way more rare there. What might be the problem?

For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your server machine by opening the spacedesk Driver console and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or GDrive then include the download link on your next reply.
