Hi @h-3,

Have you tried rebooting your PC then attempting the installation again?

Yes, several times.
And always the same, it doesn’t install and shows the same error.

Hi @h-3,

Thank you for verifying. Please follow the steps below:
1. Open Command Prompt
2. Type the following command below then press Enter:
sc query spacedeskDriverBus

3. If the first line in the output is
SERVICE_NAME: spacedeskDriverBus

4. then type the following command below then press Enter:
sc delete spacedeskDriverBus

5. Restart your PC then try installing spacedesk again.

If the output of the command is different, please inform us. Thank you.

Thanks.
I was able to fully uninstall old version and installed the 2.2.29
but driver on host pc is crashing and freezes my external monitor (I’m using a motorola cellphone).
I must run this two commands
taskkill /F /IM spacedeskService.exe
sc start spacedeskService
in order to reopen spacedesk but 2 to 10 minutes later it crashes again.

“connected – display off”
is the message on the cellphone.

And, yes, the app is updated to the last version.
