I cant install the app

I been trying to install the app for a while and since the first try it told me that I had not enough space on the disk, but I have more than 100 Gigs of free space.

I tried to desinstall older games and a lot of things making my space up to 200 gigs but I still get the same error 🙁

I can not attach the photo of the error but it says ‘An error ocurred while writing installation information to disk. Check to make sure enough disk space is available, and click retry, or cancel the install.’

And no matter what I do it always appear that error message

Hi @juan-2,

please run Disk Cleanup and delete the temporary files. Also, please check in C:\Windows\Installer folder (this is hidden by default) if there are too many MSIxxxx.tmp files.

Hi I am still unable to install it, the program always say that I have no space to install and even if I try to change the folder or write the path of the folder.

Hi @juan-2,

Is the issue only happening with the spacedesk Driver installer or does it also happen with other installers?
