Installation error

I was having problems with the USB connection (iOS) and remote control of spacedesk and decided to try to uninstall and reinstall it, however now it shows me an error when I’m trying to reinstall it

It doesn’t seem to specify the error

Hi @diego-19,

Please try restarting your PC then try the install again. If that does not work, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run “pnputil -e” then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.
