Yes, it is on the same wifi.
Yes, both apps are updated.
Yes, I’ve rebooted.

please help 🙁

Hi @ishani,

Are you connecting via USB or via Wifi?

For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your Primary PC by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.

Thank you.

Hi @rin,

Can you check in your iPad’s Settings > Apps > spacedesk to see if Local Network access is granted? Thank you.

Hi @rin,

Please refer to the Documentation under the section TROUBLESHOOTING > Network Connection >Cannot Discover Primary Machine and try the suggestions there to see if your issue will be resolved. Thank you.

Hi @rin,

To check if your iPad can reach your Primary Machine in your Local Network, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the App Store and search “Ping – network utility”, then download it from the App Store.
2. Open Ping – network utility on your iPad.
3. On the textbox on the top of the screen, type in your Primary Machine’s IP address. You may refer to the spacedesk Driver Console under Communication Interfaces > LAN Network Adapters to check your IP Address.
4. Tap the Ping button. When prompted, tap “Allow”
5. Refer to the attached image to this post to compare your results with the image.

If your result is similar to the attached image below, please resend your logs, making sure that you follow the instructions carefully as your previous logs had some details missing. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
