Multiple IP addresses on PC doesn't work

As well as my main IP address on my PC (192.168.30.23), I also use other IPs, such as 192.168.1.23: this is so that I can play with routers etc that have been defaulted.

The problem is that Spacedesk only seems to recognise and use the FIRST IP, and even if I try to connect to my main IP manually (android client), it fails: I guess that Spacedesk is bound to JUST that single IP.

(Yes, if I delete the other IPs, then it will now use my main IP, and devices on my network will connect.)

The solution is simple: the spacedesk host should be listening on all IPs…. if you do that, then you may wish to then allow the user to configure WHICH IPs to listen on.

spacedesk DOES listen on all Windows PC network adapters’ IP addresses. What makes you think that it is only listening on the first one? Is it because you cannot see Windows Primary Machine’s other network adapters  in spacedesk Viewer’s automatic discovery list? Explanation: spacedesk Viewer can only AUTOMATICALLY DISCOVER spacedesk Primary Machines in the same subnet. However it can MANUALLY DISCOVER network adapters of Primary Machines in other subnets. Just use “Manual Discovery” option by clicking on “+” sign to manually discover one specific additional IP Address outside of the local subnet.
