Tab damaged permanautly after fail to connect over usb

Tab : samsung tab s7 fe (sm t-733 wifi) oneUI
software version : latest from google play
PC : win 11
software version : spacedesk_driver_Win_10_64_v2130.msi
after fails to connect to PC over usb , my tab now cannot connect to any PC even it never installed spacedesk. I cannot transfer file to any PC over usb .I cant find it in windows exeplorer even after serveral repairs and reinstalls and uninstalls.
What i did:
1 installed on both device
2 attempted to connected over usb, no response
3 turned on use cable android ,retried , no response
4 turned on usb debug on tab ,retried , no response
5 gave up and deleted whole folder directly on PC(when debug and use cable android is on), uninstalled on tab.
6 find out that my tab cannot connect to PC over usb normally
7 reinstalled on PC and uninstalled ,didnt fix.
8 reinstalled on PC and repaired , didnt fix.
9 reinstalled on tab and uninstalled ,didnt fix.
10 tried to connect with other PC over usb,failed
so now my tab cannot connect to any PC over usb when PC interface is usb type a, but is normal when PC interface is type c . And my tab can connect to SSD and my phone to tranfer files normally. Please help with my tab, I really dont want to recover it.

Follow instructions in spacedesk Driver Console (re-plug, restart, reboot).
Restart and reboot also applies to the tablet.
Did you already restart/reboot your tablet?
Yes, i tried several times, but it didnt work.
Maybe the cable is broken. Did you already try a different cable?
