The driver wont download

Ive deleated it like 5 times restarted my computer and everything but it just wont download someone please help me

The links of the spacedesk Driver Packages are working. Can you clarify what you mean by “wont download?” Thank you.

So when u fist click on the driver thing on the webpage that downloads but then I open it and it’s just get stuck on the storage configuration 1 time it got to the next part then is was stuck and wouldn’t download the actual app

I see, you’re encountering an issue in the installation of the spacedesk Driver Package, not downloading.

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run “pnputil -e” then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.

The thing is it wont show any of that the first thing u asked for for some reason isnt fully loading so it wont let me save it and the last thing doesnt give me the option

Can you try installing the latest Driver Package again then if it gets stuck in the installation, send a screenshot of where it gets stuck?

Also, from my previous instructions, what files can you not get? Please read the instructions carefully and try to send them in your next reply.

I have multiple times and it does the same thing it won’t let me close it out either so I have to restart my computer and it gets stuck on the first part when u download it saying the storage configuration
