Viewer unable to connect to the driver.

I am testing Space Desk for our business use, and when running the driver on my personal desktop the viewer sees the server right away, but when using my work laptop it is not able to find it and when I manually enter the IP I get IP Validation in progress…

On the work laptop I am connected to VPN, but looking using my local IP. Is there a specific port that needs to be opened for communication?

Please refer to the documentation under TROUBLESHOOTING > Network Connection > VPN (Virtual Private Network) and follow the steps there to try to resolve the issue. Thank you.
