We did not see any issue with only the debugview log file you sent. Please send the entire log folder generated when you collected your logs so we can analyze the issue further. Also, some further questions to analyze the issue:

Can you check if Software Encoding works on your device?
Can you send a screenshot of the error you encountered?
Can you try if the error happens on every resolution you can set in the spacedesk Viewer app?
Is your spacedesk Viewer app updated to the latest version?

Please guide how to dump the folder in desktop. Unable to do so.

Hi @debapriyo,

Please follow the steps I provided earlier about getting your logs. By the end of those steps, a folder will be made that contains all the necessary log files we need to check your issue.
