[SOLVED] Résolution issue/not full screen anymore

Clicking “Clear Windows display settings” didn’t work, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Can you try these steps and see if it works for you?
1. In the spacedesk viewer, Settings > Resolution, enable native and custom resolution.
2. Connect viewer to primary machine, then set spacedesk screen as extension.
3. Open Display Settings then select spacedesk viewer screen. You can click on “Identify” to help you see which screen is the spacedesk viewer.
4. Set resolution to native, then to custom, then to native again. If resolution is already on native, set first to custom then proceed to follow sequence given in this step.

I tried what you said but it didn’t work.

Hi, I also have the same issue with recent updates – my tablet does not display correctly in portrait modes, but works fine in landscape.  I have already tried the “Clear Windows Display Settings” and switching the auto-rotation and also tried using both native and custom resolutions – all give the same behaviour in portrait mode.  I am using it to extend my display (not mirror it) – this has worked correctly previously.

This is a separate issue that’s already being investigated. In the meantime, what you can do is disable autorotation in the app and manually change the orientation of the spacedesk viewer screen via the Display Settings. Let us know if this works for you. Thank you.

hi @adrum

i am using huawei matepad and windows, at first fullscreen cannot be shown, i tried to connect, setting the display click as main display then disconect and connect again, and it solved

owh make sure your rotaion is automatic, i also try rotating my device

Hi Everyone, thanks for all your replies , I’m so sorry I didn’t have any notification about answers here, just the today’s one ! On my side, I solved the PB by trying lots of diff resolutions. Without any logic explaination, it’s working now !
