Sudden cannot detect Primary Machine

Ive been using spacedesk for about a month from my windows computer to my macbook. Ive had no problems with connecting in that time. Suddenly, my macbook app will say that it cannot detect any primary machine. Ive tried everything, making sure the spacedesk is “ON”, same network, no apps running in the back, restarted/full reboot/installed and uninstalled, and nothing is working. Some help would be appreciated!!

Please refer to the Documentation in the section TROUBLESHOOTING > Network Connection > Cannot Discover Primary Machine and try the suggestions there to resolve your issue. If you have tried all the potential fixes there and none work, please let us know. Thank you.
