USB cable connect not working in lenovo xiaoxin pad 2024

Hello. thanks for such a cool app. 
Unfortunately, when connecting the cable to the tablet,
my tablet goes into an endless reboot as soon as I remove the cable/disable the USB connection function on the PC.
Then the tablet turns on. I tried turning on modem mode - the tablet stopped rebooting, but there was no connection to the PC. 
Help me please

Hi @cvbhbhj5667,

Can you try rebooting your Lenovo tab and the Windows PC, turn off then on USB Cable Android in the spacedesk Driver console, then try to connect again via USB to see if the issue still happens on your end?

Also, can you clarify what you mean by “modem mode?”

Good day! The same problem, with the same tablet model: xiaoxin pad 2024. When activating the connection via USB, it goes into an eternal reboot. I rebooted the computer tablet, it does not help. I also tried different modes of connecting the tablet to the computer. I tried different wires. The software is the latest, Windows 10. What can be done?

does the device have the latest system update from Android? Is USB debugging OFF?

The device has Android 12. I’m not sure if the Chinese version of the tablet can be updated to a higher version. Regarding the debug mode – how can I check it, disable it?

The option is available in Developer Options. If the Developer Options is not visible then probably USB debugging is OFF.

I got access to developer options and disabled “debugging mode via USB”. When connecting the cable – also goes into reboot. Android 13 system. What else can be done?

is the device connected to a USB hub or directly to the Windows machine USB port? Could you please try to connect to a USB2.0 port (if available)?

Connected to all ports, both 3.0 and 2.0, both via a hub and directly. Any connection to ports, with the USB cable option activated in the program, causes the tablet to reboot.
