USB cable connect not working in lenovo xiaoxin pad 2024

I tried another tablet of the same model (Xiaoxing Pad 2024) on my laptop – it also reboots. I tried my tablet on another PC – it also reboots. The issue is most likely in the tablet and some of its options. Any ideas?

For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your Windows machine by opening the spacedesk Driver console and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue you encountered.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post.

May we also ask for the exact model name and specifications of the tablet? Can you please send a screenshot of the Settings -> About of the tablet?

It doesn’t want to attach files, although there are 2 archives of 300+ kb. Can I send them to my email or to some file exchange?

thank you for the files.
Unfortunately, it does not contain the spacedesk driver log files (.ETL).
Could you please check in the generated folder, 2024-12-05-140112-spacedeskRuntimeDiagnostics, if the .ETL log files are present? If they are, please send it to us. If not, could you please re-try the diagnostics?
